• Weekly 1:1 Zoom or in-person coaching sessions

• Supervised phases from weight loss through maintenance
• NKIO portal access — weekly check-ins, biometric tracking, Ask Coach messaging
• Post-purchase onboarding: health assessment, HIPAA authorization, and appointment scheduling

If your intake screening indicated a condition that requires your prescriber's input before starting the Protocol, we'll need that confirmed before active coaching on your plan begins. This does not affect your ability to order Ideal Protein food products in the meantime.
