Food Products
Due to health and safety regulations, all food product sales are final. We do not accept returns on Ideal Protein food products once they have been shipped. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@waidealprotein.com with a photo of the issue and we will make it right.

Coaching Programs
Coaching program purchases are non-refundable once the initial onboarding session has been completed. If you have not yet had your first session, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase by contacting us at info@waidealprotein.com.

Supplements
Unopened supplements may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Opened supplements are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that window, orders are submitted to our fulfillment partner and cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at 708-683-3525 if you need to cancel.
