These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Now Keep It Off services, including our website at nowkeepitoff.com, coaching portal, and related services.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a coaching program, or using our portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Description of Services

Now Keep It Off provides digital wellness coaching services including: a web-based coaching portal with biometric tracking and weekly check-ins, AI-assisted coaching responses reviewed and approved by a human coach, optional live coaching sessions via Zoom, and access to the Ideal Protein protocol for enrolled clients. Our services are designed to support wellness and nutritional goals. They are not medical services.

Subscriptions and Payments

Coaching subscriptions are billed monthly through our e-commerce platform. Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Single coaching sessions are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once the session has been conducted.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We use passwordless authentication (secure login links sent to your email). Do not share your login links with others. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use our services for any unlawful purpose, share your account access with others, submit false or misleading information in your check-ins, attempt to access other clients' data, reverse engineer or scrape our platform, or use our services if you are under 18 years of age.

Intellectual Property

All content on nowkeepitoff.com, including text, design, software, and branding, is the property of Now Keep It Off and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Now Keep It Off is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific health or weight loss results. Individual results vary based on many factors including adherence, health conditions, and lifestyle.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior toward coaches or staff, or fail to pay for your subscription. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
