We collect information you provide directly to us, including: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, physical measurements and biometric data (weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, body water percentage, height), health and wellness goals, weekly check-in responses (energy, mood, adherence, notes), questions submitted through the coaching portal, and payment information processed through our e-commerce platform.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide personalized coaching services, track your health and wellness progress, generate AI-assisted coaching responses reviewed by a human coach, send you coaching communications including weekly check-in reminders and coaching responses, process payments and manage your subscription, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.

AI-Assisted Coaching

Our coaching portal uses artificial intelligence to draft coaching responses based on your check-in data. Every AI-generated response is reviewed and approved by a human coach before being sent to you. Your data is processed through secure third-party AI services for response generation. These services do not retain your data for their own training purposes. We do not sell, share, or monetize your health data.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using industry-standard cloud-based databases, secure authentication providers, and encrypted hosting services. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and secure passwordless authentication for portal access. While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to operate our platform, including e-commerce and payment processing, authentication, cloud data storage, AI-assisted coaching tools, email and SMS delivery, and web hosting. Email and SMS Communications

By purchasing a coaching program, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your coaching (check-in responses, welcome emails, account notifications). You may also receive marketing emails including renewal reminders and coaching tips. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking unsubscribe or by contacting us. Transactional emails related to your active subscription (coaching responses, login links) cannot be opted out of while your subscription is active.

Data Retention

We retain your coaching data for the duration of your subscription and for 12 months after your subscription ends. After 12 months, your personal data is automatically purged from our systems. You may request a copy of your data or request early deletion at any time by contacting us. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

Your Rights
